Wagyu beef frank with Jerk shrimp & cabbage

Ingredients: 

  • 2 wagyu beef franks

  • 3 shrimp 

  • Red cabbage

  • Brioche hot dog bun

  • Jerk villa jerk sauce

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Toss raw shrimp with jerk sauce and let the shrimp marinade anywhere from 1-16 hours.

  2. Turn your grill on to 400°. Add the Wagyu hot dogs and cook for 8-10 minutes, occasionally turning, until they are browned and heated through. 

  3. Grill cabbage by cutting the cabbage head in small wedges. Drizzle one of the wedges with olive oil, salt & pepper. Grill wedge on high heat until there’s a nice char on both sides. Julienne the cabbage & finish with lemon juice & a little more salt & pepper if necessary. 

  4. Remove shrimp from marinade and grill for about 3 minutes on each side. 

  5. Add wagyu dog, cabbage & shrimp to the brioche bun. Finish with more jerk sauce, and enjoy while it's hot.
