Italian Beef & giardiniera

Ingredients:

  • Wagyu dog

  • Italian Beef meat

  • Giardiniera 

  • American cheese

  • Hot dog bun

Instructions:

  1. Turn your grill on medium heat. Cook the wagyu dogs for about 6-8 minutes, turning them occasionally.

  2. Italian Beef meat can usually be purchased in a sou vide bag. Warm the meat by dropping it into a pot of hot water or follow the cooking instructions provided by the brand you choose to use. When the meat is hot separate it from the au jus that it is packaged with.

  3. Put the wagyu dog inside the hot dog bun, put a slice of American cheese on top of the wagyu dog,  then put the Italian Beef meat on top of the cheese. The hot meat will help the cheese melt.

  4. Put the giardiniera on top of Italian Beef meat. Enjoy while it's hot!
