The barbecue smokehouse and food truck is providing an a la carte menu for Thanksgiving. A traditional spread of smoked turkey, gizzard dressing, cranberry relish, candy yams, gouda macaroni & cheese, and cornbread muffins is available, but folks who want something a little different can enjoy smoked chicken, rib tips and brisket baked beans. Add peach cobbler or banana pudding for dessert. Order online by November 16 for pickup from noon to 5 p.m. November 23.
